Actions have a strong foundation, they are systematic, they have a learning curve, because you need to become aware of how your body works, they help you break out of the cycles that hold you back and they always produce results.

The following three questions can help you do that.
1- Are you satisfied with your results?
2- Are you making systematic verifiable progress?
3- Does your plan have excitement of variety and discipline of consistency?
