You want to gain your six packs and you want it fast. So here is the process that can help you get started.
- First, watch our warm up video and learn it. Pay close attention to the three main reasons you want to warm up. Another reason we did not mention is that as your blood warms, it release oxygen to your muscles cells easier. And that helps you with your stamina. Click here for warm up routine one.
- Second, test your ab strength by watching the video on the link below. I give you simple guidelines to help you find out where to begin. You want to start at correct intensity. You have two ways to do do this. Watch the videos on this link. And Watch the videos on this links.
- Third, choose one of the routines that fits you. It is better to start one level down. So if you are at intermediate step, start at beginner level. Complete two sessions with the routine you chose and then decide if you want to go the next level or stay at the same level.
