Hi, I am Vishy Dadsetan a NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer serving Poway, 4S Ranch, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, Sabre Springs & Rancho Penasquitos.

Fitness and exercise have always been a part of my life which started with a pair of dumbbells and moved into a higher level when I entered my Tae Kwon Do training. By the time I received my second degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and my exposure to other sports from bodybuilding to wrestling, I experienced benefits and drawbacks of various styles of training.

Over the years I have noticed that most successful athletes in each field share somethings in common. They have a specific goal, they have a plan of action, they have a system to measure their progress, they are passionate about improving themselves and learning and the most important is that they understand their toughest competitor and ally is themselves and their self-image. A negative self-image is hard to overcome and nothing helps them as much as a positive self-image.

Most of the non athletes and mediocre athletes just have a vague idea of what they want, no action plan or a collection of random movements that just looks like a plan, they don’t have a system of measuring progress, they just have a passing interest and worst of all they have a negative self-image that holds them back in balls and chains of self-doubt and negative self-talk.

X5 Fitness Goes Beyond Physical Exercise

This is where X5Fitness system comes in. We begin with helping you define your goal specifically, lay out a plan to get to it, provide techniques for you to establish a positive and powerful self-image that matches your goal. We also combine five elements of a complete and effective workout into action plans to get you to your goals fast. The learn-as-you-do approach increases your awareness of your body so that you can get at least twice the results in half the time and establishing small measurable results help you develop a habit of being successful.

Your body – thin or fat, strong or weak, toned or flabby- is an extension of the image you are holding for yourself. Whatever image you hold in your heart and mind will determine your activities. The main struggle my clients have is their struggle with their own self-image. This is why we help you establish a positive self-image and stop the negative self-talk as the first part in getting long lasting results.

The second part of your bootcamp participation is about providing you with a specific action plan. The most positive self-image will not help you if you do not have an action plan.

The third part of your bootcamp participation is to provide you with a supportive and fun environment in which you can work on your action plan. This is where progress measurement and accountability comes in to prevent you from running in circles or going back to the old habits.
